 NOT: Email is supported during normal business hours ONLY!!!
Web Hosting is no longer available

Tech Support is limited to our networking equipment and our connection to one (1) computer. It does not cover routers, wireless routers, Play Stations or software on your computer. VoIP phones are not supported by us except when checking the quality of the Internet service provided by our company.

WE DO NOT SUPPORT COMPUTERS, OPERATING SYSTEMS OR OTHER RELATED HARDWARE.


  Before calling our Tech Support, please check the following:

Internet:
1.  Is your anti-virus and anti-spy ware running and update to date?
2. Check to see if your firewall is blocking your browser or email program from connecting to the Internet. Sometimes updates to your software will change your settings.
3.  Remove all extra equipment such as routers, VoIP modem and play stations so that the only device connected to the Internet is your computer.
4.  Turn off your computer and restart it.
5.  Unplug the power to our equipment and plug it back in after a few seconds.
6.  If your service still does not work, please call us at 816-279-2065.

Email:
1.  Is your internet working correctly?
2.  Check to see if you can access your email via our "Web Mail" by filling in your email address and password.
